Top Questions

“In transit” means your shipment has left the origin facility and is moving through our logistics network toward your delivery location.
“Out for delivery” means the courier partner is attempting delivery that day.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the logistics partner. If the status remains unchanged for more than 48 hours past the expected timeline, contact support@houseofateeq.com with your order number.
