How to Use It
Mix one 49.5 g tube with 75 ml L'Oreal P Professional Developer (6% for gray coverage, 9% for more lift). Add 4 ml of Smartbond Step 1 if used. Apply to roots, process for 35 minutes; blend mid-lengths and ends toward the end of time. Rinse until clear, follow with Smartbond Step 2, then shampoo and conditioner for color-treated hair
